随着培训业的产业化和市场化,培训部门挑战与机遇并存,"品牌化"将是地方高校培训机构发展策略的必然选择,而开发精品培训课程、打造金牌培训教师、创新培训管理模式是地方高校培训机构品牌化发展的基本策略。
With the industrialization and marketization of educational training,there exist challenges as well as opportunities in training organizations.Brand-image construction will be the inevitable choice of the development strategies in training organization at local colleges.The fundamental strategy to construct brand image of the training organizations at local colleges is to open up the best training courses,cultivate excellent trainers and innovate management models.
