摘要
在"以人为本"理念指导下,高校图书馆更应做好人性化管理和服务工作。这不仅体现在图书馆员的服务态度上,还体现在图书馆的设备和规章制度上。为了更好地适应这项工作,图书馆员必须努力提高思想认识、自我调控能力、业务水平和团队精神。
Under the "human-centered" concept,a college library should provide human-centered management and better service.It reflects not only the service attitude but also the equipment and rules of library.In order to proride better service,librarians should improve their attitude,the capability of self-control,academic level and team work power.
