在以计算机和通信技术为基础的信息时代,群体协同工作(CSCW)已成为计算机系统的重要特征。它在分布式系统的基础上,追求系统的不透明性和协作者之间的高效协同。CSCW系统应具有很大的灵活性、很高的运行效率,并尽可能发挥分布式并行处理的能力。CORBA技术和多Agent技术为CSCW系统的构建提供了有力的支持。

In the information time with computer and communication technology as the foundation, CSCW has become an important feature of the computer system. On the foundation of distributional system, it seeks the high effective coordination between the opaqueness of the system and the coordinator. CSCW system should have maximum flexibility and operation efficiency as well as develop the distributional synchro handling ability as far as possible. CORBA technology and multi-Agent technolgy bring strong support to the construction of CSCW.
