胱抑素C在老年人群肾功能评估中的应用

Application of cystatin C in examination of renal function of the olds

目的探讨血清半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂C(胱抑素C,Cys C)的检测在老年人群肾功能评估中的意义。方法用免疫比浊法测定血清Cys C,同时用酶法测定血清肌酐浓度。结果血清Cys C异常结果检出率明显高于血清肌酐;Cys C浓度各相邻年龄组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清Cys C与血清肌酐相比是评价老年肾功能的一个更敏感的指标,利于筛查早期肾功能损害。

Objective To evaluate the value of serum cystatin C in the examination of renal function of the olds. Method To measure serum cystatin C with immunoturbidimetry and serum creatinine with enzymic method. Result Specificity and sensitivity of the examination of serum cystatin C was higher than that of serum ereatinine. The difference was statistically significant in deferent age group（P〈（0. 05 ）. Conclusion The examination of serum cystatin C is more sensitive than that of serum creatinine, which is good for screening acute kidney injury.
