摘要
目的探讨二维与三维超声联合应用对原发性视网膜脱离的诊断价值。方法对53例(58只眼)原发性视网膜脱离患者采用二维与三维超声观察视网膜病变的位置、形态、程度等情况,通过两种扫查方式综合分析作出超声诊断。结果超声对53例(58只眼)原发性视网膜脱离患者的诊断符合率为98.6%。原发性视网膜脱离声像图分为两类:①部分性脱离:在玻璃体无回声区内见较强带状回声或弧形隆起。②完全性脱离:在玻璃体内显示"V"字形带状回声。结论二维与三维超声联合应用具有独特的诊断价值,二维与三维互补综合分析,有助于对视网膜脱离及眼内病变的诊断与鉴别诊断,为临床提供更可靠的诊断依据。
Objective To approach the diagnostic value of conjunctive application of 2D and 3D ultrasonography in primary detachement of retina. Methodes To observe the location, appearance and degree of the retina with 2D and 3D ultrasonography. Results There were 53 patients {58 eyes) with primary detachment of retina. The diagnose accordance rate is 98%. Two mainly ultrasonic manifestations of primary detachment of retina were: (1)Partial detachement of reti- na. There was echogenic band or lunula in the vitreum. (2)Complete detachement of retina. There was "V" band in the vitreum in axial section. Conclusions It has diagnostic value in conjunctive application of 2D and 3D ultrasonography. The combination use of the two methods is conducive to diagnose and differential diagnose of detachmend of retina and eyeball' sdisease, and offords good testimony to clinic.
