柯达DV8900与MLP190激光相机应用探讨

摘要 目的评价DV 8900干式与MLP 190湿式激光相机在临床应用中的优缺点及诊断效果。方法将20份MR片分别打印在两种激光相机上,由3位专家从亮度、对比度、细节显示、诊断效果及总体印象5个方面进行主观评价,并作对比分析。结果DV 8900在对比度、细节显示、总体印象三个方面高于MLP 190,在亮度上其性能略低于MLP 190。两者的诊断效果相同。结论干式相机在质量稳定、环境保护等方面较湿式有明显优势。 Objective To evaluated the application of laser camera of Kodak DV8900 and MLP190. Method 20 pictures from Kodak DV8900 and MLP190 were evaluated by radiation experts. The evaluated indexes included bright- ness contrast, performance and overall impression. Results The contrast and details of DV8900 were better than that of MLP190. The brightness of MLP190 was better than that of DV8900. Conclusion Dry camera in environmental protec- tion, operation and maintenance are more predominant than wet camera.
