口腔颌面部皮瓣移植术的护理体会

Nursing care for patients after transplant in oral and maxillofacial regions with flaps

目的探讨口腔颌面部皮瓣移植术的护理要点,以减少护理并发症。方法通过对33例口腔颌面部皮瓣移植患者的术前术后护理资料进行分析,总结口腔颌面部皮瓣移植的护理成功经验和教训。结果33例患者皮瓣移植后均成活,术后功能恢复良好。结论游离皮瓣植移成功与否不仅依靠高超的手术技巧,而且正确的围手术期护理有着至关重要的作用。

Objective To explore nursing method to reduce nursing complication and discomfort for patients after the transplant in oral and maxillofacial regions with flaps. Methods The data about nursing care for 33 patients after the trans- plant in oral and maxillofacial regions withg flaps were collected. Effective nursing care method was summarized by the da- ta. ResultsAll the patients were received a range of therapies such as anti-inflammation, anticoagulation, support and nutri- tion treatment, as well as nursing care in the perioperative period. All flaps after transplantation survived, and all patients recovered well. Conclusion Besides the surgical skill, effective nursing care in the perioperative period also plays an impor- tant role in the transplant in head and neck with flaps.
