摘要
本文描述了项目风险在供应链背景下的传递特征,并以项目工期风险为对象研究了项目供应链中的单向式风险传递机理。针对风险阀值的改善,提出了项目风险储备的优化分配模型,以此提高项目关键环节的抗风险能力。算例证明,将项目风险储备有效的插入到项目关键环节中可以有效的抑制项目供应链的单向风险传递性,对项目整体的风险管理效果而言是有益的。
Risk effect has infusibility character during the transmission process based on critical chain with the outside environment influence. Based on the analysis of the project-based supply chain and its one-way risk transfer principle, a chain-cutting project schedule risk control style is presented in this paper. We decompose and re-inserte the buffer into the supply chain. Examples are proved that the way of project will be inserted into the critical link has played a role in cut the approach of project schedule risk effect infusibility during supply chain and control project sched- ule risk effect effectively.
