信息共享效应与知识溢出效应是科技型人才聚集的两大特征效应,通过具体分析两者之间的相互影响,进一步研究了两者间的关系,旨在采取有效措施提升科技型人才聚集的综合经济性效应。

The information sharing effect and the knowledge spillover effect are two principle characteristic effects of the science and technology talent accumulation. Based on the specific analysis of interaction between them, this article further studies their relationships, aims at taking effective measure to promote the comprehensive economic effect caused by the accumulation of science and technology talent.
