The New Situation of the India's Trade Relief to China and the Chinese Countermeasures

2009年以来,印度对华贸易救济出现了一些新变化,引发中国政府乃至世界的关注。本文选取最新数据资料,通过统计分析,从反倾销、反补贴和保障措施和特保三个方面分析了2009年以来印度对华贸易救济措施的实施情况,通过分析归纳出该时期印度对华贸易救济显示出的新特征,最后以上述研究为基础,针对性地提出中国应对当前印度贸易救济措施新对策。

Since 2009,India's trade relief takes on some new changes which attract the attention of Chinese government and even the world. This article,with the quotation of the latest data gives a statistic analysis to India's trade remedies during the first half of 2009 from the aspects of antidumping,anti-subsidy and safeguard measures. Upon the analysis,we find the new features of India's trade remedies to China in the 2009,and give some advices to China,specially to the Chinese companies.
