基于Pro/E的渐开线建模方法辨析与研究

Identification and research on the methods of establishing evolvent based on Pro/E

介绍并证明了渐开线在笛卡尔坐标和柱坐标下的三种参数方程,辨析了各方程中不同的参数;并在Pro/EWildfire4.0软件中创建三种参数下的渐开线方程;比较三种渐开线创建方法,以压力角为参数的柱坐标渐开线形式简单易记,创建简单,绘制精确,为各种渐开线齿轮的参数化设计或建立用户模型库及后续的虚拟装配、动态仿真等打下良好基础。

Introduce and demonstrate the three kinds of evolvent parametric equations in cartedian coordinate system and cylindrical coordinate system, identify different parameters in each equation, program their parametric equations on Pro/E Wildfire 4.0; comparing the ways of drawing involute of circle, the form that using pressure angle as parameter in cylindrical is esay to memory, set up and draw precisely. So build the good foundation of to realized parametric design of evolvent gear or to build up user model library and following work like virtual assembly, dynamic simulation and so on.
