摘要
针对MAZAKINTEGREX100IV多任务车铣复合加工中心,通过研究机床结构及其后置处理算法,推导出机床转角分配和直线坐标变换公式,并开发出其后置处理器集成到UG软件中,利用在VERICUT中的机床模型进行切削仿真加工,验证了算法的正确。所研究的内容在实际应用中取得了很好的效果。
For the multi-tasking lathe-milling machining center ofMAZAK INTEGREX 100 IV, the distribution of the rotate angle of machine tools and linear coordinate transformation are derived from the research on the machine structure and the post-processing algorithm for five axis machining center. Cutting simulation is made on the machine tool in VERICUT to verify the correctness of the post processing algorithm after the post processer is developed and integrated with UG software. The presented technology gained good results in practical applications.
