摘要 根据建筑用钢材的标准,对普通圆钢的机械性能进行分析,设计了一套钢筋调质处理生产线,对普通圆钢进行调质处理,以达到建筑用钢材的要求标准。首先对普通圆钢进行淬火处理,采用超高频感应加热,将其加热至920℃左右,保温,再清水淬冷。然后及时进行回火处理,通过中频感应加热,使其在420℃左右保温,再冷却。经过加热、保温、冷却等一系列的操作,使钢的组织结构发生变化,获得所要求的钢材的综合机械性能。经过反复试验,发现在淬火处理和回火处理之间设一个充气装置至关重要,它不仅加快了冷却速度,而且能破坏淬火加热时在钢筋表面形成的氧化铁皮。实践证明,用该套设备对圆钢进行调质处理,提高了钢材的综合机械性能,使其达到了要求的标准,且又形成了流水生产线,提高了生产效率。 According to the standard of steel used in construction, mechanical properties of round steel are analyzed. Product line of reinforcing steel bar adjusting- quality disposal is designed to adjust quality of round steed. As a result steel structure is changed, and the desired-general mechanical performances are got. First, inductionhardening is applied to round steel. Round steel is warmed to 920℃ by with ultrasonic frequency induction, temperature is kept for a while, and then hardening is done with clear water. Second, drawing temper is applied to round steel. Temperature is maintained to 420℃ by heating with medium frequency induction, and then cooling is done. Owning to heating, maintaining temperature and cooling, structure of round steel is adjusted, and as a result the desired general mechanical performance is got. After many experiments it is found that air charging system is important between inductionhardening and tempering. The air charging system not only facilitates the progress of heating, but also destroy millscale formed on steel bar during hardening. Practice has shown that when the device is used to dispose round steel, the general mechanical properties of round steel are increased, and meet the requirements, accordingly product efficiency is improved.
