摘要
为满足部队车辆管理信息化建设的实际需求,在总体设计的基础上,提出了基于C/S和B/S复合模式的结构体系,并对业务流程、系统功能和关键技术进行了深入分析和研究,在此基础上,应用Delphi和JSP开发技术,以SQL Server2000为数据库服务器,以分布式数据库和数据传输相结合,成功研发了集成的智能化部队车辆维修管理信息系统,改善和提高了部队车辆使用和维修管理效能,有效控制和节省了经费,提高了装备管理和决策水平。
In order to meet the practical informatization requirement of the army's vehicle management, a kind of system structure based on complex structure of C/S and B/S was advanced on the basis of the overall design. And business processes, systems function and key technologies were analyzed and studied. On the basis, the integrated intelligent army's vehicle maintenance management information system was developed successfully by using Delphi and JSP development technologies, SQL Server 2000 acting as the database server and integrating distributed databases and data transmission. So far the management information system has achieved good results in practical application. It improves and enhances the maintenance and management efficiency, effectively controls and saves maintenance expenses, improves equipment management and decision-making level.
