济钢1750m^3高炉降低烧结矿粉化率的实践

摘要 烧结矿是高炉炼铁的主要原料之一,其质量的好坏直接影响高炉生产。济钢三座1750m3高炉原先使用的烧结矿低温还原粉化率高,这样会大大降低高炉的透气性,对炉况顺行和提高产量十分不利。针对上述缺陷,该厂将2#、3#的1750m3高炉作为试点,通过新上一套喷洒氯化钙系统,大幅度降低了低温还原粉化率,保障了高炉的顺行与高产,取得了良好的效果。 The agglomerate is one of the primary datas of blast furnace iron-smelting, its quality directly influence blast furnace production. The pulverization rate of low temperature return to original state of original agglomerate is high in the three 1750m3 blast furnace of Jinan Iron and Steel Works, it can greatly reduce the permeability of the blast furnace, and extremely restrict the blast furnace with high yield of antegrade. In view of the above flaw, takeing the 2#, 3#1750 blast furnace as the experiment site,we have built a set of spraying the calcium chloride system to greatly reduce the pulverization rate of low temperature return to original state, to safeguard the blast furnace with high yield of antegrade and to obtain good results.
