摘要
大学学科成长是人才培养、科学研究和社会服务的需要。提出了大学学科主要应从学科方向、学术队伍、学科基地、科学研究、人才培养、学科文化等六个要素方面加强建设的建议。
The growth of university disciplines is the needs of personnel training, scientific research and social services. The article proposes that university disciplines need to strengthen the construction of six aspects, that is,the directions of discipline,academic teams, discipline bases, scientific research, personnel training, and the culture of discipline.
