This paper mainly analyzes the orientation,meaning and function of volunteers activities. According to the characteristies of higher vocational students＇ psychological development and career development,voluntecrs activities are developed in higher vocational college to train students＇ good professional quality,moral quality and thought quality,so that it can improve the employment competition for higher vocational students.
