高职院校物流专业教师实践能力评价研究

The Appraisal Research of Teacher's Practical Ability in the Major of Logistics of Higher Vocational College

高等职业教育目标是培养具有全面综合能力的、在一线直接进行生产、建设、管理、服务的应用型、技能型人才,要求高职院校教师既要有较深的理论水平,还要具备较高的实际操作能力。通过从建立高职物流专业教师实践能力评价的依据和标准等五方面,系统地论证了建立专业教师实践能力评价体系的重要性,并提出了评价指标体系的设计以及依据和标准。

The objective of higher vocational education is to train applied and skilled talents who should have overall comprehensive capability and can produce,build,manage and serve directly on the first producing line.It is required that colleges teachers have deeper theoretical level,and possess the ability of higher practical operation.The article systemically demonstrates the importance of setting up the professional teacher s appraises system of practical ability from five respects,including the basis and standard of constructing teachers＇ appraises system of practical ability in the major of logistics of higher vocational colleges,and puts forward the design,basis and standard of appraises index system.
