Effect of CF/BF interlaminated hybrid structure on composite properties

摘要 制备了碳纤维/玄武岩纤维(CF/BF)层间混杂增强酚醛树脂基复合材料,通过力学性能测试研究了混杂结构对复合材料性能的影响,并与层数相同叠合压制成型的BF复合材料的性能进行了对比。结果表明,CF/BF混杂纤维增强酚醛树脂基复合材料较BF复合材料力学性能提高,嵌层结构复合材料综合性能好于夹芯结构。 Carbon fiber (CF)/basah fiber(BF) interlaminated hybrid structure reinforced phenolic resin composites were made. The effect of CF/BF interlaminated hybrid structure on composite properties was studied by the mechanical property test and the properties were compared to that of the pure basalt composites. The results showed that mechanical properties of CF/BF hybrid reinforced phenolic resin composite were better than that of BF composite. The comprehensive properties of alternate layer composite was better than that of sandwich.
