摘要
以甲苯为原料,以正交实验优化反应条件,高收率地合成了2,4-二硝基二苯甲酮.产品结构经核磁、红外光谱、质谱和元素分析进行表征.产品纯度经HPLC/MSD测定为98.24%.
Efficient synthesis (2,4-dinitrophenyl)(phenyl)methanone were prepared from toluene. The reaction conditions were optimized by orthogonal experiment. The structure of product was confirmed with NMR, IR spectrum, MS and Elemental analysis, the purity (98.24%) of product was confirmed with HPLC/MSD.
