放射治疗癌性骨转移疼痛的临床研究

Clinical Observation of Radiotherapy on Metastatic Bone Pain with Cancer

目的：观察放射治疗对骨转移癌患者疼痛的止痛效果。方法：对89例骨转移患者,剂量分割采用4种方式：DT（40-50）Gy/（20-25）次;DT30Gy/10次;DT20Gy/5次;DT（16-24）Gy/（2-3）次。结果：全组总有效率94.3%,4组剂量分割有效率分别是93.3%、91.6%、95.2%、100.0%。4组间疗效无显著差别（P〉0.05）。结论：骨转移癌放射治疗止痛效果确切、迅速、副作用小。不同剂量分割方法的止痛疗效相近,可根据病人的状况选择不同的剂量分割方法。

Objective： To observe the treatment effect of radiotherapy on metastatic bone pain with cancer.Methods：89 patients with 103 painful metastases were assigned in the normal dosage group 1 to receive irradiation of（4050）Gy in（2025）fractions,the high dosage group 2,3 to receive irradiation of 30Gy and/or 20Gy in 5 fractions and higher dosage group 4 to receive（1624）Gy in（23） fractions.The efficacy was evaluated among the four groups on the basis of effective rate.Results：The total effective rate in group 1,2,3 and 4 was 93.3%,91.6%,95.2% and 100.0% respectively.There was no significant different in radiotherapy efficacy among four treatment group（P〉0.05）.Conclusions：The Radiotherapy for metastatic bone pain with cancer is clearly effective,quick and less side effects,but its efficacy has no significant difference in various dosage of irradiation.
