A Blind Bend Highway Section Enhancement Method Based on Speed Analysis

在分析浙江省道路交通安全事故多发点段与道路交通条件关系的基础上,对安全事故多发的急弯危险路段特点进行研究,通过路段正常速度和曲线安全速度的比较分析,提出判定公路急弯路段的标准,并对国省道急弯路段的安全保障工程措施进行了分类,提出设置对策建议。

Based on the qualitative and quantitative analysis of relationes between road traffic safety and road conditions in Zhejiang province,the characteristics of accicrdent-proned blind bend highway section was analyzedzed.A new method of judging blind bend highway section was put forward.According to camparing the common speed with the safety speed,some advices of HESP（highway safety enhancement project） solution policies on the natioaal and provincial highway are propsesd.
