摘要
反射光谱技术在早期癌症检测中具有非常好的应用前景。对比常见的漫反射可见光谱技术,可见光显微光谱技术能够获取细胞大小范围内的信息,而且不受探头结构差异导致的传输光程长短,以及测量时探头施加压力导致的血红蛋白浓度异常变化的影响。基于光纤共聚焦显微系统,建立了可见光显微光谱实验装置,测量了离体正常和癌变胃组织的显微光谱,给出了样品在600~700 nm波长范围内的显微光谱分布情况,实验结果表明可见光显微光谱技术简单、有效,可用于胃癌的早期检测。
Reflectance spectroscopy is a very promising technology for diagnosis of precancer. Unlike current diffuse reflectance visible spectroscopy, the visible microspectroscopy can obtain the cell-level spectral information, It is not affected by changes of optical path length induced by different set-up of prober and hemoglobin concentration due to the pressure between prober and tissue. The reflectance microspectra in the 600 to 700 nm region is measured by a visible microspetromater based on fiber confocal microscope. The microspectroscopy of the normal and cancerous gaslric tissues is measured. The result shows that the visible microspectroscopy is simple and effective, and may be used to non invasively diagnose early gastric cancer.
