摘要
应用间接酶联免疫吸附试验对来自哈尔滨市Ａ、Ｂ、Ｃ、Ｄ４个种禽场鸡群１８４份血清进行了鸡传染性鼻炎血清学调查，共检出阳性血清３３份，血清阳性率达１７．９％。４个种禽场都检出血清阳性，说明鸡传染性鼻炎在哈尔滨市感染率较高。
Abstract The samples of 184 chicken sera derived from 4 breeder poultrfarms(A,B,C and D)of Harbin were detected for antibodies against chicken infectious coryza(TC)by lndirect-Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (I-ELISA).The positive rate of sera is up to 17.9%(33/184),and the positive rate of the farm amounts to 100%(4/4).The results indicated that IC was epidemic severely in Harbin.Of 184 chicken serum,8.7% were positive rate in HI test.The accurate ratio of positive rection was 48.5%.The accurate ration of negative reaction was 89.9%.
