Consideration of Building a Harmonious Socialist Society and the Country under the Rule of Law

社会主义和谐社会是民主法治、公平正义、诚实友爱、充满活力、安定有序、人与自然和谐相处的社会。社会主义法治国家与和谐社会之间有着高度的统一性,依法治国是构建和谐社会的重要制度保障,而和谐社会的真正实现则对依法治国提出了新的要求。

Harmonious socialist society is based on the democratic rule of law, faimess and justice, honesty and friendliness, dynamic, stability and order, people and nature live in harmony society. Socialist country ruled by law and harmony between the society has a high level of uniformity, the rule of law is essential to build a harmonious society institutions, and the final realization of a harmonious society has put forward the new demands for ruling a country according to law.
