针对我国法学教育普遍存在的重理论轻实践，导致与法律职业实践分离的问题，提出在法学教育实践教学中单独开设法律诊所课程．并从诊所课程内容、教学主体的选择、教学方式、教学过程设计、课程考核方面探讨诊所法律教育的具体运用方法，为法学专业教学改革提供新的思路．

the legal education is apart from the judicial practice because of the popular ory is more important than the practice in legal pedagogy. So it is put forward that phenomenon that the theclinical legal curriculum should teach separately in legal practice pedagogy. Trying to provide the new route for the reform of the legal pedagogy,the specific method of operational was discussed from the several aspects, such as contents, selection of pedagogy principal, pedagogy method, the process design of pedagogy, qualify for course and so on.
