摘要
介绍了大庆石化公司化工二厂丁辛醇装置羰基合成反应器丙烯流量系统的无模型控制方案。工艺流程分析可知,该系统是一个大时滞、强干扰的复杂系统,在Honeywell公司的DCS控制下,许多环节不能实现自动控制。采用无模型控制方法对原DCS进行了改造,用无模型控制算法代替了DCS中的PID算法,制定了无模型控制方案。实际应用结果表明,该系统实现了闭环稳定控制,提高了产品的质量,创造了较高的经济效益。
A model free control scheme is introduced for the propylene flow system in the carbonyl compose reactor of fouth-octanol device of the second chemical plant of Daqing petrochemical company. It can be seen from the technics flow analysis that it is a complex system with large time-delay and strong disturbances. Under the control of DCS of Honeywell corporation, many sets of the system can not be controlled steadily. The original DCS is changed with model free control method, the PID algorithm is replaced by model free control law, and the model free control scheme is designed. Practice application result shows that the system can be controlled closeloop steadily. The quality of products is increased and the economic benefits are obtained greatly.
