摘要
本文提出一种新型旋转电磁热机。在充分利用电动机旋转电势产生的感应电流、磁滞涡流热效应及机械摩擦热效应等将输入的能量全部转换为热能的同时,其产生的电磁场对水媒质有磁化作用。对电磁热机内的电磁场进行有限元分析表明,水媒质受到与之流向正交的交变电磁场的作用,将经电磁热机作用的水进行取样测试,测试结果表明,电磁热机的磁化作用能起到软化水的作用,对使用燃油锅炉和电磁热机时的垢样进行扫描电镜和能谱分析,发现磁化作用改变了水垢的晶形,从而达到除垢和抑垢的效果。
This paper presented a novel rotating electromegnetic heating machine. It fully transfered the input power to thermal power by making full use of the heating effect such as induction current, hysteresis, eddy current and mechanical friction etc, and the water medium suffered the magnetization by the electromagnetic field in it. The water medium effected by a alternating electromagnetic field with its direction was vertical to the water flow, which was proved by the FEA of the electromagnetic field in the machine. The water effected by the machine was,tested, and the result indicates that the magnetization by the machine can make the water softened. The scan electronic microscope and ennergy spectrum analysis on the scale in the fuel boil and machine detects that the crystal form of the scale is changed by the magenetization, and the effect of the scale reduction and prevention is achieved.
