摘要
针对笼形异步电机转子断条故障,提出了一种利用小波包分析获取转子断条故障特征的判断方法。介绍了小波包换故障信号特征提取方法;其次对定子电流信号进行小波包分解后,对低频信号重构及功率谱的计算,实现了转子断条故障诊断。实验数据分析表明,该方法能准确对转子断条故障进行诊断。
This paper has put forward the judgement means of detecting rotor fault diagnosis to take advantage of wavelet packet analaysis based on the rotor bar breaking fault for the squirrel cage asynchronous motors. First of all extractiong method for diagnosing fault signal based on waveelet packet analysis is put forward; Secondly, rotor bar breaking fault could be diagnosed by means of wavelet packet decomposition of the stator current signal, and then low-frequency signal is.reconstructed and spectrum property can be calculated. The experimental data showes that this method can diagnose rotor bar breaking fault accurately and be proved highly effective.
