根据角位系统的要求和特点,给出了三闭环全数字式角位移随动系统的硬件与软件设计方法,且三环由一个控制通道实现反馈。系统具有结构简单、可靠性高、通用性强等特点,可广泛应用于各种机电设备的控制中。
According to the requirements and characteristics of the servo system, the implementing scheme for the angular displacement servo system based on PLC was proposed, the hardware and software design methods for three full digital closed-loop servo system were put forward. And the feedback of the three loops was realized by one control channel. The system has simple structure, high reliability, high universality and other characteristics, and can be widely used in various electrical and mechanical equipment in the control.
