大黄对多发伤兔肝脏的保护作用

Protective effect of Rhubarb on liver cell in multiple traumatic rabbits

目的观察大黄对多发伤兔肝脏的保护作用。方法纯种大白兔24只,复制多发性创伤兔的模型,随机分为三组:治疗组、对照组、假手术组,每组8只。复苏24 h后处死动物,取肝脏行病理检查。结果光镜显示:治疗组肝小叶结构正常,肝细胞索及肝窦排列整齐,肝细胞轻度水肿或正常。电镜显示:治疗组肝细胞损伤较对照组明显减轻,内未见空泡,线粒体稍肿胀,线粒体膜和内部的嵴基本完整,肝细胞单位胞浆内治疗组比对照组线粒体数量多,肿胀较轻微。结论大黄能减轻多发伤后肝细胞病理改变,大黄对多发伤模型兔肝脏损伤有显著保护作用。

Objective To observe the protective effect of Rhubarb on liver cell in multiple traumatic rabbits.Methods Twenty four rabbits were randomly divided into 3 groups which were sham operation group,treatment group who treated with Rhubarb,and control group who treated with normal saline group.There were 8 in each group.Multiple traumatic rabbits with complicating shock animal model were established according to the Chen＇s method.24 hours after seriously multiple traumatic killed the animals.Liver tissues were obtained for microscopic examination.Results Obvious pathologic lesions of the organs were seen in control group.But in treatment group,there were less pathologic lesions of the organs,and in sham operation group,there weren＇t obviously pathologic lesions of the organs.Conclusion Rhubarb can obviously protect liver from seriously multiple traumatic rabbits with complicating shock.
