聚乳酸生物材料灭菌方法的研究

摘要 目的:本文旨在探索两种常用的灭菌方法(Co60辐照灭菌和EO灭菌)对聚乳酸材料本身性能的影响。方法:采用测试和对比聚乳酸材料灭菌前后的抗压强度的方法评价不同灭菌方法对材料性能的影响。结果:Co60灭菌后,聚乳酸材料发生脆性断裂,而EO灭菌对材料的抗压强度影响不显著。结论:Co60辐射灭菌会对聚乳酸造成结构性的破坏从而影响其力学性能,EO灭菌则对此没有影响,但是聚乳酸材料对EO的吸附力较强,采用真空干燥法去除EO残留具有较好的效果。 Objective: The effect of EO sterilization and radiation sterilization to Polylactic acid (PLA) was studied in this paper. Method: Compressive strength after and before sterilization have been tested and analyzed to evaluate the affect of sterilization methods. Result: After Co60 sterilization, the PLA material was bricklely broken up, however the EO sterilization do not significantly affect the compressive strength. Conclusion: The mechanics performance of PLA was destroyed because the configuration was broken down by radiation sterilization and the EO sterilization did not have the same influence. However, because of the severe absorbability to EO of PLA, it has better effect to use vacuum evaporation method to eliminate the EO residue.
