摘要
由于分子生物学近年来的迅速发展,很多临床实验室开展了分子诊断实验项目。虽然目前由于操作复杂和高昂成本的原因,DNA测序技术尚没有大规模走进临床实验室,但是在众多分子诊断方法中,DNA序列测定和分析无疑是最权威的金标准。DNA测序技术在这几十年来从手工到自动化,从复杂到简单,但是近几年的高通量测序技术使之重新复杂起来,本文将介绍一下DNA测序技术与仪器的历史沿革与最新进展。
Due to the rapid development of molecular biology in recent years, many clinical laboratories had carried out some molecular diagnostic tests. Currently DNA sequencing is still not popular in the clinical laboratories because of its operational complexity and high cost, but in all these molecular diagnostic methods, DNA sequencing and analysis is undoubtedly the most authoritative gold standard. DNA sequencing technology developed so fast in the past few decades, from manual to automation, from complex to simple, but in recent years, high-throughput sequencing technologies has made it complicated again. This review will introduce the history the development of the DNA sequencing technologies and equipments.
