摘要
以山羊皮鞋面革为研究对象进行人造汗液浸泡实验,测定对比汗液浸泡前后革的柔软度和油脂含量所发生的变化。分别采用酸性人造汗液和碱性人造汗液对山羊鞋面革进行浸泡,测定浸泡2、4、6、8 h皮革的柔软度值和皮革中二氯甲烷萃取物(主要是油脂)的含量。讨论了酸性和碱性人造汗液对山羊鞋面革柔软度和油脂含量的影响。结果表明:汗液浸泡会使鞋面用革的柔软性能降低,并且酸碱性汗液的影响程度有所区别;越是柔软的皮革耐酸碱性汗液的能力越差,而且浸泡后皮革中油脂含量减少。
Soft upper goat leather was immersed with artificial perspiration. The softness and fat content of the leather before and after treating were tested and evaluated. The soft goat upper leather samples were immersed in acid and alkaline artificial perspiration solution, respectively, for 2, 4, 6 and 8 hours, then the softness were tested and soluble substance in diehloromethane was determined. The effects of artificial perspiration on the softness and fat content of leather have been analyzed and discussed. The results show that softness of upper goat leather has been decreased when it is immersed in acid or alkaline artificial perspiration. And the more the soft the leather it is, the more the softness decreases after the artificial perspiration solution immersed. The fat content also decreases.
