摘要
文摘合成了一种耐湿热性的多官能环氧树脂3,3’-二氯-4,4’-二氨基二苯基甲烷四缩水甘油胺,并用FT-IR对其结构进行了表征。采用非等温DSC法确定了多官能环氧树脂体系的固化工艺为90℃/1 h+160℃/2 h+190℃/3 h;固化物的分解温度为365.9℃,具有很高的热稳定性和较好的力学性能。
A kind of highly moisture-resistent muhifunctional epoxy resin (3,3 ' - dichloro - N, N, N' , N' - tetra - glyccidyl -4,4' -diaminodiphenylmethane) was synthesized. The structure of muhifunctional epoxy resin was characterized with FF - IR. The curing process of muhifunctional epoxy system was determined by using non-isothermal DSC and it was 90℃/1 h + 160℃/2 h + 190℃/3 h. Thermal decomposition temperature of curing material is 365.94℃. It has thermal stability and better mechanical properties.
