(RNH_3)_2CuCl_4晶体的结构研究

摘要 该文合成了一种新的有机无机层状类钙钛矿(RNH3)2CuX4功能材料,通过研究发现有机组元的选择决定了产物在(00 2l)上的择优取向度。 A new functional material,(RNH3)2CuX4(R=aniline,para-phenylene diamine, benzyl amine,2-Phenylethylamine) was assembled with organic and inorganic components in molecular scale.The results of the XRD show that the oriented intensity of(0 0 2l) is related to the orientation of organic cations.
