摘要
借助现代电子计算机和三维数学仿真模拟技术,对浮法玻璃熔窑进行模拟研究;通过不同熔窑结构、相关尺寸的变化,运用差异性的熔制工艺制度,获得了比较满意的质量较好的玻璃液;同时,对浮法玻璃热耗进行对比分析,从而对节能型优质浮法玻璃熔窑的开发进行探索性研究,文章筛选了部分案例进行分析。
This paper mainly describes the simulation research on float glass furnaces by modern computers and three-dimensional mathematical simulation technology.Through adopting different furnace structures and melting processes,the satisfied glass metal quality is obtained,at the same time,different float glass heat consumptions are compared & analyzed,so as to make a exploration research on the development of energy-saving furnaces for high quality float glass.This paper only selects the partial cases for analyzing.
