摘要
分析了健美操教学中的美学特点,主要包括音乐舞蹈美、形体姿态美、想象创新美和艺术表现美。认为在健美操教学中应当结合所有美的要素来培养学生的美感,把运动美和艺术美结合起来,展示健美操的艺术美感,从而提高大学生的审美情趣。
With the explanation and analysis of the external expression characteristics of beauty in calisthenics the author pointed out that the beauty in calisthenics mainly includes the beauty in music and dance, body poster, overall coordination, and innovative scheduling. In calisthenics teaching, it is suggested that we should combine all these factors to train college students＇ aesthetic sense, combine the athletic beauty and artistic beauty to show the real aesthetic sense of calisthenics, thus to improve the aesthetic taste of college students.
