College Multimedia-classroom Devices Monitoring and Controlling Based on Network

多媒体设备在教学使用过程中遇到许多问题和矛盾。如何有效管理和合理使用多媒体设备,使之发挥更大效益,一直是高校努力解决的问题。文中通过分析高校多媒体教室设备使用中现存的实际问题和管理需求,提出了借助目前高校现有的计算机网络平台,基于网络环境下的分布式集中监控系统解决方案。通过引入监控系统,一方面,使得使用者的设备操作得到简化,减少设备操作失误;另一方面,设备管理者可通过监控系统实现对多媒体设备实时监视,并向使用者提供实时的远程设备操作服务,从而从更高层次保障教学工作的顺利开展。

In colleges and universities, the multimedia teaching is employed widely, but there are lots of problems and contradictions in the process of using multimedia devices in teaching work. How to control effectively and use rationally multimedia-classroom devices and bring more beneficial result into play is the problem for colleges and universities to solve. In this paper, through careful analysis of the practical encountered and the control requirements of the multimedia-devices now at use, a distributed-centralized monitoring ＆ controlling system for Multimedia-classroom Devices is proposed. With this system, the device operation is simplified and the devices operation failures reduced on the other hand, this monitoring ＆ controlling system can achieve through real-time monitoring of multimedia devices providing users real-time operation of remote devices services. The distributed-centralized monitoring ＆ controlling system can protect smooth teaching work at a higher level.
