运用环境经济计量方法，对李子园林场森林环境资源的效益价值，进行资产评价，用水分平衡原理计算，森林涵养水源的经济价值为２９７１万元；森林保持水土经济价值２７７８万元；森林提高肥力的经济价值为２４３７６万元；森林固ＣＯ２和产生Ｏ２的经济价值为７４９万元；森林社会效益的经济价值为９６万元。李子园林场森林环境效益与社会效益总价值是３０９７１万元，平均１０５８１元／ｈｍ２。

The assets value of the forest environmental resources in Liziyuan Forest Farm was estimated by using the environmental economic measurement method The result indicated as follows: The economic value of water conservation of forest is 29,710,000yuan, based on the principle of water balance. The economic value of soil and water conservation of forest is 27,780,000yuan. The economic value of soil fertile increase of forest is 24,376,580yuan. The economic value of the CO 2 fixation and O 2 production of forest is 7,490,000yuan. The economic value of forest social benefit is 960,000yuan. The forest environmental and social benefit is summed to 309,716,400yuan. The mean value is 10,581yuan/hm 2 .
