金融危机对医学影像学专业就业的影响及对策

Impact of financial crisis on employment of graduates major in medical imaging and its countermeasures

金融危机的到来,已经影响到了中国的教育业,大学生就业成为国家关注的焦点,近几年医学影像学专业就业率逐渐下降,专业设置、制度缺失、学生期望值过高、重男轻女等等成为影像就业的主要原因,结合目前现状,以泰山医学院医学影像学专业为例,探讨通过政府、学校、学生等多方面采取行之有效的措施,提高就业率,渡过金融危机。

The appearance of the financial crisis has affected China＇s educational industry and the employment of university students has become a widely concerned issue. In recent years, the employment rate of graduates major in Medical Imaging gradually decreased.Unreasonable specialty setup, the systemic defect, too high expectations of students and male preference have become the main reasons for the low employment rate. Under such circumstances, taking the Medical Imaging of Taishan Medical College as an example, the paper discuss how can the government, schools and students take effective measures to solve this problem.
