企业管理的规范化和理性化，是今后一个时期我国民营企业无法绕过的问题。义乌民营企业依托小商品市场发展迅猛，但在新形势下，正面临巨大压力。义乌民营企业要苦练内功，积极创新，建立现代企业制度，实施知识管理，以产业为基础，以资本为助推力，建立学习型组织，通过规范转型升级，实现可持续发展。义乌政府要发挥关键性主导作用，用科学发展观指导规范民营企业，典型引导，重点扶持，重视调研，加强监督，培育民营企业做大做强做规范，促进区域民营经济又好又快健康发展。

A fundamental solution to promote the standardization of enterprise management and the establishment of rational enterprise development is a problem that China＇s private enterprises can not bypass in the future. Standardization is the second venture of private enterprises. Yiwu＇s private enterprises which based on commodity markets is developing rapidly, but now are facing enormous pressure and unprecedented situation. They must have a positive innovation, establish a modem enterprise system, implement knowledge management, organization, through the transformation and be based on industry to boost capital, and establish a learning upgrading of norms to achieve sustainable development. Yiwu government should play a key leading role in scientific development concept to guide private enterprises to Standardize ,give a typical guidance, emphasis on research, strengthen supervision, fostering private enterprises to do bigger and stronger norms, to promote good regional private economy and fast and healthy development.
