摘要
素质教育视野中的高职人才培养模式主要应包含以下五大内容:一是理论基石:素质教育思想:二是人才培养目标:高素质的技能人才和技术人才,以技术人才为主;三是课程模式:工作过程系统化课程模式;四是教学模式——情境建构主义教学模式:五是评价模式——以此构建基于素质教育思想的多元化立体评价模式。
In higher vocational colleges the talent training model usually contains the following five parts: theoretical foundation, talent training goal, curricula mode, teaching mode and evaluation model. Based on the guiding ideology of quality education and the teaching mode of situational constructivism the HVC will cultivate the highly skilled talents and technical personnel and establish the diverse three- dimensional evaluation mode.
