两种不同手术方法治疗退行性腰椎滑脱伴椎管狭窄的效果比较 被引量:1

摘要 退行性腰椎滑脱是中老年人腰背疼痛、放射性腿痛和神经功能障碍的主要原因。其病理特点表现为一个椎体在另一个椎体之上发生向后的滑移。滑脱指数一般小于30%,常发生于L4.5、L5S1节段,其中以L4.5常见。退行性腰椎滑脱常伴有椎管狭窄,通常是症状加重的原因。腿痛和跛行症状最为常见,其次是神经根症状,大小便功能障碍及马尾神经综合征少见。我院采用两种不同手术方法治疗退行性腰椎滑脱伴椎管狭窄,并对二者治疗效果进行比较,现报道如下:
