论义务教育公共性的维护

On Compulsory Education Public Maintenance

义务教育是国家教育，是一种公共性教育，但是在近几年的改革和发展中出现了一些偏离其公共性的倾向，使得义务教育的个人私人化倾向比较严重，这在一定程度上有背于教育的实质。本文从教育目的、教育主体关系和德育内容三方面论述义务教育的公共性。

The compulsory education is the national education, one kind of public education, but in reform and development of recent years, there is some tendency far away from the public, and makes the compulsory education more individual private. To some extent, it is against educating essence. This article elaborates compulsory education public from the educational aim, education subject relations and moral education content.
