摘要
作为著作权保护的有力手段,技术措施受到了著作权人广泛的青睐和使用。但是,针对技术措施的各种规避手段和工具也随之而生。这样,就大大削弱了技术措施对著作权的保护效果。鉴于此,许多国家和地区纷纷立法,对技术措施予以公力救济。
Because the violation of copyrights grows more and more serious in today＇ s digital age, technological measures, as powerful methods of copyright protection, are becoming more and more popular with copyright owners. But in face of the various evasion tools, the technological measures seem to＇be weakened in its protection of copyrights. In light of this, many countries and regions have made laws to offer help to technological measures.
