高校具有机械性特点的传统行政型教学管理,已经不适应时代进步和教育发展的要求,教学管理思维模式转变已成为时代发展的必然。教学管理适应性思维模式是一种强调适当分权、对外部环境和内部要素的变动采取灵活应变态度的一种思维方式。它对我国高校当前和今后的教学管理改革有着许多重要启示。

The traditional college teaching management is somewhat mechnical and mand of the times and educational development. It is inevitable to change the thinking no longer adapts to the demode of teaching management. The adaptive thinking mode of teaching management is the one whih stresses proper distribution of right, and more flexible attitude to the changes of internal and external factores. It gives us many messages for the reform of college teaching management now and in the future.
