Through introduction and analysis of the basic tendency, stage tasks, industry features and developmental demands of agricultural industrialization in Shanxi, approaches to organization form and operative mechanism was made on purpose to play role of adiministration in condition of market economy to provide effective service for rural economy growth in Shanxi province.
