甘肃产秦艽组植物花粉形态研究

The study on pollen morphology of the section Cruciata Gaudin from Gansu

通过扫描电镜,对甘肃不同产地秦艽组不同种植物花粉的微形态进行研究。认为该组植物的花粉在形态、大小、萌发器官及外壁纹饰等方面的变化幅度较小,同种花粉在不同状态下其P/E值和形状不同。为秦艽组植物的分类与鉴定提供依据。

Pollen morphology of the section Cruciata Gaudin in different regions from Gansu were studied by means of scanning electronic microscopy（SEM）. The variations are small among the pollen grains in terms of shape, size, germinator and outer wall ornamentation. There are obvious differences among the homologous pollen grains in terms of P/E and shape in different states. The conclusion of this study provided some useful information for classification and identification of section Cruciata Gaudin.
