早稻品种对二化螟的抗性及其生化基础研究 被引量:31

STUDY ON THE MECHANISMS OF THE RESISTANCE IN EARLY SEASON RICE VARIETIES TO THE STRIPED STEMBORER ( CHILO SUPPRESSALIS ) AND ITS BIOCHEMICAL BASIS

摘要 】对二化螟在早籼5143和中1061与杂交早籼新香A/71和优IA/66上造成的枯鞘、枯心数,及对不同品种稻株的总糖量和氨基酸总量测定及叶鞘组织硅质化分析,研究了水稻不同品种与二化螟的抗虫性关系。结果表明,虽未出现高抗二化螟的品种,但品种间对二化螟的耐虫性差别明显,中1061对二化螟的耐虫性最强,5143和新香A/71居中,优IA/66最弱。二化螟在不同品种上的种群消长与糖含量具有一定相关性,糖含量高的品种二化螟发生程度重。硅化细胞多,硅质化程度高的品种对二化螟的抗性强。 We studied the resistant levels of the early season rice varieties against the striped stemborer ( Chilo suppressalis Walker) by the field investigation of the number of discoloured leaf sheathes and deadheart per hill on the early season indica varieties “5143” and “Zhong 1061”, the hybrid combinations “Xinxiang A/71” and “You IA/66”, by the analysis of the total sugar contents and total free amino acids (TFAA) in the leaf sheathes of the varieties and by counting the silica cells of the leaf sheathes under a microscope. The results indicates that (1)even though there does not exist highly resistant varieties to C.suppressalis , but the resistant level between the varieties apparently different. Among them, the most tolerant one is “Zhong 1061”, following by “5143”, “Xinxiang A/71” and “You IA/66”; (2)the population dynamics of C.suppressalis has a positive relationship with the total sugar contents in the leaf sheath in the test varieties, the higher total sugar contents, the higher damage by C.suppressalis ; and (3)the varieties with more silica cells possess higher the resistant level to C.suppressalis .
